I wasn’t quite expecting that.
We had previously corresponded only by phone or e-mail. Never even a Zoom call.
We finally met at the local Panera where she greeted me with a bright smile, a warm embrace, and some genuine elation.
In the six weeks prior, we consulted with her, fixed her logo and got her some files she could actually use, had business cards printed, helped with brand messaging, and built her a website.
Along the way, she revealed that she hired us because I was so personable and didn’t try to sell her when she first called us.
But, it wasn’t until that first face-to-face meeting that I felt the emotional impact of the work we do for new businesses just like hers.
We help them uncover THEIR identity, find THEIR voice, and claim THEIR space.
In short, we help them arrive.
This builds confidence, adds credibility to their business, and establishes trust with their potential customers.
And it brings great relief to the stress of getting a new business off the ground.
I guess I’d be elated, too.
This is what keeps us going, folks. We love what we’re doing for small businesses. And we’re thankful for every one of those hugs whether they’re in-person or in spirit.
Every great idea deserves a great start.
If you’re ready to arrive, we’ve got your launch plan. Contact us today and let’s get started. We’ll leave the hugs up to you.
